This Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS) will be designed by Nexus Traffic Australia Pty Ltd. The TGS will be prepared in accordance with the information supplied by you ( The Client ). Technical due care will be applied in the collation of the relevant information on which this TGS will be designed. Nexus Traffic Australia is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the base information supplied by you ( The Client ). While all care will be taken in the preparation of the TGS, traffic and site conditions at the time of the Works might vary from those established in the development of the TGS. You ( The Client ) is responsible for undertaking an evaluation of the site and traffic conditions against any application constraints outlined within the TGS as appropriate. Where conditions vary from those documented/detailed, additional input from a Traffic Management Design Professional should be sought.
